Spiros Kapnias
Managing Partner

Spiros has had over 23 years of “real world” executive development experience: in the past Spiros has held executive level positions with local and multinational companies such as Shell, Unilever and PepsiCo (Fritolay). Since founding HRP, Spiros has worked with world-class corporations in Greece and abroad covering areas such as Coaching senior level executives, HR Strategy, Change Management, Leadership and Talent development. He has overall responsibility of HRP.

Ioannis Lagoudakis
Partner-Senior Consultant,MSc, MA

Ioannis brings in rich academic knowledge and expertise in all HRP services. He holds an MA in Psycholinguistics and an MSc in Organizational Psychology. Ioannis works as an international consultant for leadership development projects and assessment. He has also worked in Ireland as a trainer and coach for private and not-for-profit organizations in England and Ireland. In HRP he is responsible for training design and assessment processes.

Giorgos Arvanitidis
Founder: Elephant Consulting Group
Co-owner: Project Zeta

Giorgos is a dynamic Keynote Speaker specializing in Change Management, Leadership, Corporate Culture, Transformation, and Labour Relations. He studied Political Science and German Linguistics at the University of Hannover and began his career at the German Metalworkers’ Union IG Metall. He advanced to key roles, including Director of Communication and Press Representative. In 2009, he moved to Athens as Deputy General Manager of HR at OTE SA and Cosmote. Later, he became Chief HR Officer at Mannesmann Group in 2015. In 2021, he founded Elephant Consulting and co-founded Project Zeta.

Dr Vasileios (Bill) Davvetas
MSc, PhD, External Partner

Bill is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Leeds University Business School, UK. He holds a BSc in Marketing & Communications (Athens University of Economics and Business), an MSc in Business Analytics & Consulting (University of Warwick, UK) and a PhD in Management (University of Vienna, Austria). His expertise focuses on Psychometrics with applications in Consumption and Organizational Behaviour. In HRP, he is responsible for human resource Analytics and Statistical Modelling of behavioural employee data.

Margarita Kalogridou
Consultant

Margarita is a dedicated consultant at HRP, with a passion for Emotional Intelligence and Coaching. Holding a BSc in Psychology and Advanced Training in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), she brings a strong psychological foundation to her work. Margarita specializes in the design and facilitation of Assessment and Development Centers, applying structured methodologies to evaluate performance and potential and guide talent decisions. Her tasks involve delivering structured interviews, assessing behaviours in vitro (simulations) and providing behavioural based feedback and suggestions for development. Her deep curiosity for human behaviour and continuous learning make her a valued asset to the HRP team.

Sofia Katrana
Digital Marketing Officer

Sofia, also a new entry, is our Digital Marketing Officer on a remote basis since she is also working as an Administrative Officer in Hellenic Open University in Patras. She has worked for approximately 15 years as an Executive Secretary and Export Sales Officer in big Greek wood industries. She holds an MBA in Digital Business from University of West Attica, while parts of her Thesis regarding Digital Nomads have been published by Ena Institute. She has also developed educational material for a tourism course of Eurotraining. Her role in HRP is to update and improve content of HRP platforms, site and Social Media and contribute to our Marketing Strategy.

Konstantinos Pazalos
Senior Consultant

Konstantinos is a senior business consultant with 20+ years of experience in leading technology delivery teams, managing transformation projects and developing analytics and AI solutions, in multinational companies and technology integrators. During the last 10 years he has been also supporting other professionals grow through training and coaching. He holds a PhD in Information Systems Evaluation (University of the Aegean), an MSc in IT Management and Organizational Change (Lancaster University), and a BSc in Management (Piraeus University) whereas he is a certified Project (PMP) and Change (CCMP) Management professional.

Anna Papadopoulou
Senior Consultant

Anna is an Organizational & Personal Development Consultant specializing in Change Management. As an Ability & Personality Occupational Assessor, Leadership & Resilience Trainer, and Business Coach, she develops assessment and corporate transformation strategies with ongoing guidance, both in terms of internal communication, project management, and implementation, as well as on a personal level through executive coaching. She uses psychometric questionnaires, measurement tools, and business analysis (ROI) to continuously monitor and optimize transformation and development actions at the individual and corporate levels.
